An Israeli manipulated photos. He made things that didn't happen seem like it did happen. He also cut out people who never really asked to be cut out of the photo. People accidentally photo copied his work not knowing that he photo shopped those particular photos.
I think its acceptable because sometimes things that should have happened don't happen. Sometimes it's also someone who is a distraction on the photo or didn't want to be in the photo that should be photo shopped out of it.
the Oprah Winfrey picture was the most unethical because that was just to show her that shes skinnier when shes not.
the national geographical was the most ethical because it was needed to show the mountains for emotion.
